Andrew Fisk
Andy has been at P&G for 20 years, and is currently European Director of External Relations for their Fabric Care business unit. After graduating from Birmingham University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, he started his career in P&G's Newcastle Technical Center, and has held positions in Research and Development, Finance and Corporate Communications.

Russel Mills
Russel Mills, a physics graduate of Oxford University, is currently the Director of External Technology and Innovation for Dow Europe. His responsibilities also include leading Dow's energy & climate policy development and managing government funding programmes for Dow in Europe.

Most of his career has been in market development, exploitation of new technologies and global business management. Regular job moves have taken him to the USA, UK, and the Netherlands and on several occasions to Belgium and Switzerland. Recent jobs have included the business director role for the Cargill Dow bio-polymers joint venture, a secondment to manage a series of groups within the European chemical industry association, and an assignment to establish roles for Dow within targeted governmental initiatives.

Caspar Ridley
Within Syngenta Mr Caspar Ridley leads their international government relations and public affairs activities, which also includes corporate responsibility & policy development, as their Global Head of Public and Government Affairs.

Prior to joining Syngenta International AG in late 2006, Mr Caspar Ridley travelled extensively with Shell, in England and Oman, before taking an MBA at INSEAD in France. He was Shell's Country Chairman in Yemen, and more recently, Managing Director of Shell Gas Italia, Shell's LPG business in Italy. In 2003 he joined the Shell Group Corporate Centre where he led External Relations & Policy for the Group. His team acted as the custodian for the Shell General Business Principles & managed stakeholder engagement with intergovernmental organisations, international NGO's and International Industry Organisations. In conjunction with these activities his team kept an eye on, and contributed to, international policy debates, to help shape Shell's thinking and actions in relevant policy areas such as in Dealing with Bribery & Corruption and Human Rights.

Nick Robins
Nick Robins is Head of the Climate Change Centre of Excellence at HSBC in London. He is responsible for researching and communicating the implications of climate change for the Bank and its clients. Prior to joining HSBC in October 2007, Nick was Head of SRI Funds at Henderson Global Investors, designing its Industries of the Future investment strategy and launching the world's first carbon audit of an investment fund. In all, Nick has 17 years experience of the financial, business and policy dimensions of sustainable development and climate change, working for institutions such as the Economist Intelligence Unit, the European Commission, the Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the International Institute for Environment and Development.
